The Full Story
I'm a self published children's book author and illustrator, who loves to read, draw and learn. I work as an freelance graphic designer and illustrator. It you're looking for impactful, eye catching illustrations and designs with a touch of whimsy you're in the right place.
I specialize in children's book illustration, book cover design and can help with character design and development. I'm well versed in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and have studied color theory, typography, logo design and package design.
Brooklyn born and raised I've always had a passion for art. In high school I began to take classes and consider art as a possible profession. I went to the Art Institute to study graphic design and earned my associates degree in the field. I held two internships and I've been freelancing since 2014. In 2025 I published my first children's book and have plans to publish more in the future.
Mission
The goal is to write and illustrate high quality stories, use graphic design to elevate our brands and to help people in the Black community, especially women and girls, unlock their potential.
Vision
I do my best to keep up with the trends and create new and wonderful work everyday so when you work with me you'll always find something fresh and exciting!
I do what I love but of course it's not all fun and games. I work hard to reach my deadlines, think outside of the box and always aim to please. The work I do isn't just about making things look nice, it's about finding the right way to tell our stories.
